I figured it would be WVU or Bama considering he didn't even take a visit to FSU. With that said he's prolly headed to prep school, and he'll have to go through the whole process again next year.

If he preps anywhere, that opens up his recruitment again. He'll have to sign another LOI next year.
If he opens back up again, and he has his grades and personal life in order, he will get some of the offers he wanted this year come next year (i.e. Miami, USC, Texas, etc). That will make him at least have to think about going elsewhere, so I wouldn't say he's 100% Mountaineer yet.
I wouldn't say he's a done deal to WVU in the end, even though the offense there fits his skills as a runner to a T.

The coaches at Hargrave make the kids stick to their commitments. They won't let other coaches talk to the kids and if I'm not mistaken, they've never had a kid switch schools.
